The story of Wales starts tonight at 9.00. Being welsh I am naturally rather excited about this series of documentaries. First up is the Red Lady of Paviland. For those of you have never heard of her, she is actually a he, but they didn't know that at the time as he was discovered before the days of forensics and carbon dating. At approx 30,000 years old is the oldest burial ever found anywhere in Western Europe and coincidentally was found just down the road from where I live. So I'll be watching.
I'm guessing it is airing in the UK? Any idea who is producing it so I can search it online to watch? I was in Wales in 2002 and fell in love with the place! Looking forward to going back again someday! tf
Apologies, now I have just seen your post. It's the BBC. I ended up missing half of it, so am hoping it will be up on iplayer soon.
