The Ruinous Powers. Lords of the warp. The Gods of Chaos. The Four. Which is your favorite? I cast my vote with Tzeentch. The appeal of calling upon a infinite well of power would be too tempting for me to resist. I have always favored the "mages" when it comes to fantasy and fiction, and with Tzeentch, the Changer of the Ways, there would be no limits to what I could do. In my opinion, he has the best fluff. Period. I love how is the the Great Schemer yet he never brings his true plans to fruitition and that his goals and ambitions are beyond mortal comprehension. The next God I would join would be Slaanesh...no need to explain why. This would only be if I was 1000% pro Chaos and that meant I jump in headfirst no regrets no going back.
Then I would side with Nurgle. To me Nurgle has never had much appeal, but from other forum discussions, everyone always agrees that Nurgle is the "kindest" of all the Gods. He is very involved with his followers, giving them blessings all the time. But when it comes down to it, you are a servant of Chaos and Nurgle only offers you freedom from pain. What's the point in that when you put things in perspective? And lastly, there's Khorne. Don't get me wrong I feel he was absolutely necessary in the 40K fluff but he has no appeal to me at all. Maybe if I become a sociopath but I am still sane at the moment. Also one other quick question: Would you actually join Chaos? I actually can never make up my mind. If anything I would be against it but probably eventually become corrupt with it.
You forgot the Fifth Chaos God Malice/Malal the Renegade God. I like him because of his random tendencies which i think apply to me well. He likes neither the Imperium nore chaos in fact killing both and especially reveling in the destruction of other chaotics. Tzeentch appeals to me more for his intracate nature weaving layer upon layer of lies and deciet that captures all in folds.
I always imagined Malice would be a God used by the Alpha Legion lol
Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne! 'nuff said On the other hand, one can see how devotion to the Lord of Pleasure would hold a certain attraction - however after a while one can see this sort of thing becoming terribly tedious.
yeah and plus it says that you would grow accustomed to these levels of pleasure and you become more perverse and you will do ANYTHING to find the slightest sensation of ecstacy
I would be attracted to the Prince of Pleasure because of the perfection. As a Martial Artist I'm always seeking the most perfect stance the most perfect move and such and such.
@Aurelian Interesting...I've never heard of anyone appealing to Slaanesh for...well, that reason XD
