I'd like to start a list of where independent authors can go to actively solicit book reviews.

If you know of or hear of a site that allows independent authors to contact them with requests for a review, post here and I'll add it to the list. If we get enough where it becomes an issue, I'll eventually break them down into some sort of subcategories.

Also, while I'll try to keep the list up-to-date, it will be the responsibility of the author to investigate each reviewer and make sure they are still accepting requests.
