    We are not alone.

There are forces beyond the vastness of space, in the realm between life and death. They are the archons, but they have been known by other names: angels, demons, ghosts, gods.

Among them, Danna Gallagher is thrust into a destiny she does not understand. Led by a torn mentor, hunted by a spurned patron, and coveted by a malevolent spirit, she will face her own mysterious origin.

Possessing the wrath of a goddess and the ignorance of a mortal, Taylor Calvin wrought a life of violence and hatred. Hoping to atone for past sins, she wrestles inner demons to prevent history from repeating itself.

Amber Walker hides her scars beneath a strength earned by trial. Blessed with the seeker’s gift and the severed soul of her old rival, the victim has become the hunter, but what she finds may be more than she can weather.

More than any other, Eric Bryce can unravel the archons’ deepest mysteries – and the perils within them. He alone may guide his friends through darkness only he is wise enough to fear.

Wow. When/where can I get a copy of this?

Oh yeah? Based on the synopsis, I'd love to read it I'm a terrible beta reader, tho...I'd rather just pay money then have to earn it.

Are you a writer? Most of my beta readers are, so I'm looking for another set of eyes from someone who isn't an active writer to get general impressions from a reader-based perspective.

If you're more reader than writer and willing to give me some overall impressions on what parts you liked or didn't, I'd be okay with shooting you a copy to read. I also have a short post-story feedback questionnaire if it helps to direct any thoughts.

Either way, you'd get a free copy when it's published.

Well, I am a writer but I don't work as one. I'm actually a musician by trade, so it's up to you.

I am in lurv with your cover art. I realize that's a pretty surface comment, but this cover would catch my eye on a table in a bookseller, for sure. ;)

Thanks! I can't take all the credit. Someone far more talented than me put the images together.

You chose well. ;) I love how it flirts with the idea that the lighting from the fontwork is what's lighting the person. I like the way it brings the lettering into the image, rather than separate from it.

Yeah, they're actually 2 different images blended together (with the black hole afire blended into the rest), and then my designer added the really cool font and swirly graphic.

Integrating the fontwork into the art is awesome but it left me with the dilemma of not knowing how to include the series' title without it looking tacked on.
