    divergent languages

Thank you, Ravana :D my personal observation on tenses started when an Australian friend of mine whined about how hard it was to learn Indonesian, because the lack of tenses made it hard for him to determine if something happened in the past or in the present. If I may add, it's also interesting...

    divergent languages

I hope this would help to make things the merrier. Other than words, I always find that grammar and tenses between languages interesting, because it tells how a nation views time. My native tongue is Indonesian, and I've learned English, Chinese, and Korean. In Indonesia, we don't have tenses...

    Magic Idea Criticism

I'm interested with the magic of the souls. I assume that you learn magic since you're young, and during practice, it can't be helped for you to cast a bit of magic, thus turning you older. Best Novels No One Has Heard Of

For me it's a local fantasy series by Sitta Karina, a quite well-known Indonesian chicklit writer, entitled "Magical Seira". It may not be the best fantasy series, but this particular genre in Indonesia has never really been popular. Fantasy books are so scarce, that I read every Indonesian...

    Hello!

Thank you so much for the welcome everyone! :) Yes, I agree. Through some dedication, I will always find the time to write. However, I'm usually very tired already whenever I come home from work. I go to straight to sleep instead of writing :( I'm too shy to post my stuff here. I'm such a newbie...

    Hello!

I'm Uti, from Indonesia. I found this site through a Google search and it only took me a couple of articles to decide that I would like to join this community. I'm in the last semester of law school (yes, in Indonesia law school is an undergraduate), and at the same time, having an internship at...
