In terms of D&D wizards are more ranged based spell casters, where as warlocks are more melee orientated spell casters. Warlocks can wear armor without casting penalties. I'm not sure how they differ in spells, although warlocks are usually evil in D&D. They were removed in the 3.5 rules i guess...
Mine is just an experiment with the steampunk fantasy genre. Never tried it before, so writing the story is going to be as entertain as some of the interesting machines i come up with. The story is based in a city called Kellthrone, the capital city of somewhereland, and the protagonist finds...
Has anyone played this reboot of the classic Ufo: enemy unknown yet? I love that your soldiers aren't invincible, once they die they are gone. It adds a whole extra level of intensity to the game, especially if your in a pitched battle against Mutons and your favorite sniper gets powned into...
Played it. Finished it. Loved it. I'm not that good at stealth games, although you have to option and ability to go all out and slaughter anyone who stands in your way, so it got a little frustrating when i got caught repeatedly. I finished with high chaos despite trying to spare as many lives...
I'll look into them. I am getting bored of D&D sadly, so this might be a good replacement. It'll be a while before my rpg group is back together, but I'll mention it to them.
I've played a good bit of 3.5 D&D, and almost played 4e. I've never heard of tabletop games other than D&D, but then i discovered warhammer 40k Deathwatch, and i fell in love, possibly because you get to play as the most bad ass thing the imperium has to offer. Space marines are insane. The...
I liked the book. Its got a whole lot of what the movie is missing, and thats because the book was done in first person, where as its impossible to shoot a movie like that. With the movie your missing out on all of katniss' inner thoughts and feelings, like how she feels as she's running from a...
I didn't even know heartfire existed. I was expecting more dlc but not so soon. The best part is i already got dawngaurd and had enough left over to get heartfire there today when i seen this thread. I enjoyed dawnguard, especially because of the addition of crossbows. I'd like to see more dlc...
I loved this game. Brutal as hell but so addictive at the same time. And rewarding. I've never enjoyed any other game quite as much (elder scrolls not included.) It has a nice array of weapons and armor, and the classes are pretty open. You can pick a mage and turn him into a heavily armored...
In my short short experience with this game, I found the combat system sucked. I never got a chance to see any of the story. I might have gotten past the first level if it was a hack and slash, but no, had to go with the turn based style that only works with games like dragon age or never winter...
Thank you all for the welcome. And It might be a while before i do post any of Dread Crusade, it needs a bit of work still. XD But i wont take to long, I do look forward to some feedback on it.
Hi, I'm Zenke. I'm gonna take a moment to tell you all a bit about my self. I like writing, reading, roleplaying, I've been writing for 4 years and roleplaying for 1. I also like games, xbox, pc, table top rpgs, that kind of thing. My favorite genre to write in is fantasy, but i've dabbled in...
