I'm Amanita over there too. I'll definitely try to go for the 50 000 words but maybe with something already started. I'm not quite sure about that yet.

I'm my real name, PhilipOverby (I think). I probably won't visit the forums over there too much. I often get distracted too much. I'm up for word wars and the like though.

This is the first year I'm not doing something completely new. So it'll be good to just use NaNo as an extra motivator instead of choosing it as the one time in the year I work on a novel.
