Lawsuit over online book lending could bankrupt Internet Archive

I come with bad news. The Internet Archive is being sued left and right over copyright.

Being sued by the four big publishers. Who ran small publishers out of business or else bought them out. The IA probably went too far when it removed the limited borrowing cap, but I don't believe for an instant the big four are concerned with rights. They only care about money.

Yup, all hail the oligopoly and the barriers it raises, amen.

I hope the IA will come through this with the minimum possible damage, but being attacked by four wolves at once is less than ideal to make the understatement of the day.
