i hope i censored that enough. this is my latest short story in the 'caverns and creatures' series. it weighs in a bit longer than the other two, at around 10k words. like the others, it was written so that you don't have to have read the novel, Critical Failures, in order to enjoy it, but hopefully you'll want to go read it afterwards.

i'm going to finish my first sequel to Critical Failures first. then i'm thinking i'll probably write three more short stories. i'll keep them available separately because they are what i put on KDP select for the free promo days, but once i have six of them, i was thinking about also bundling them together and pricing them at five bucks. that way you could buy them all for a buck less than what you'd pay to buy them individually. (or you could wait around for each one to have a free promo day).

that's a ways off though. i've got lots of time to think about it between now and then.
