Although Blood Sword is part of a series, it was written to stand alone. That said, most people, however, like to start with Flank Hawk since it is the first novel in the series.

    Thanks for asking.

Wow, I'm surprised to see it's so cheap. I look forward to reading :)

Yeah, the ebooks are fairly inexpensive, especially compared to titles published by the big five publishers. I hope you enjoy the read--be sure to let me know what you think.

So far, I like it :) You have a good writing style and strong dialogue. I'm trying to read up on more RPG stories. Turns out I really enjoy role-playing stuff.

LitRPG is a pretty hot subgenre of fantasy & SF. There's a wide variety of stories out there. My Monsters, Maces and Magic series is not what is called 'crunchy' with a lot of numbers, game notifications, etc. It's LitRPG 'Light' or 'Lite', meaning there are game elements, and progression, but less reliance on the repeated use of numbers and notifications in the story telling process (that's a short explanation).

If you enjoy RPGs and writing, it might be an opportunity for you.

So, is it for reading or for writing? I'm kinda confused

LitRPG is a subgenre of fantasy & SF. There are plenty of LitRPG books out there to read. But also, if you write, and have an interest in RPGs, it is an opportunity to author books in that subgenre. (there is also GameLit, which is similar)

I hope that clarifies things. I had to separate the previous two posts because of word limitations imposed, so that might have confused things more.

Ah, ok. Thanks for clarifying :) I do have some experience with writing within the role-playing genre. It's really fun to work with.
