Since it was recommend I post this here, I guess I will. Behind the Name is a collection of names from various cultures each of which has a sort description or history of the name. You can look up common names, male names, female names, names by country, or look for names which mean certain things which is what I tend to use it for. Welsh names? Have an automatic fantasy-ish feel to them. Comes in both first name and surname flavors.
