There are about 200 writing challenges in it.

I have not got much luck with self help books. But, I don’t know if this falls into this category. But, it looks pretty legit to me. I can chuck him into the river, but that’s about it. A workable solution. Or maybe I could part the Red Sea, for bashing enthusiasts, but I doubt it. It looks like a long day of solitaire for me, to quote Manny.

Stuck for a prompt is not my issue. But if it was, there are many places to get them. What you posted from the book is a bit more challenging than others I've seen, but I would have no issues getting all those words into a story. If I needed a prompt, I would take Ban's story challenge.
