F&SF has a new editor--and esubs

CC Finlay announced today that he's taking over Gordon van Gelder's editorial duties at Fantasy & Science Fiction; van Gelder remains publisher and owner. He also said that electronic submissions will now become the norm. Previously F&SF only accepted postal submissions except for the issue Finlay edited last year and the one for which he's been gathering submissions currently. That call for submissions has now become general, instead of ending tomw. The submission page is here:

That's great news. I really think more magazines should open up e-subs. I think the trend will be towards that in the future.

But for Analog, every place in the SF/F space worth publishing is open to e-subs.

Thanks for that stephenspower. Finlay's article is definitely a tonic for all us writers--a little bitter and best taken with gin, but good for one, overall.
