   (Cause I was sure it was blue and I can't find any announcements for a palette change. And if you did change it. I think blue is better. Too much white is burning my eyes.)

   I have a dark blue background/frame but otherwise it looks the same.
   There are other skins available via your profile settings but they seem to be Mobile Friendly or Standard Screen...
   
   Not answering your questions... but I use Flux to give me day and night settings on my laptop [just remember to turn it off if you want to do an image editing...].

   Oh yes I forgot I had a day an night setting on. That must have been it.
