Not to be sexist, you guys, but my target audience is female, and I'd like to get that sort of feedback. Ladies, I've written two novels of a trilogy set in a parallel world, involving a handful of characters who have to protect their kingdom from treachery within. I confess to significant violence in the second book, so if that's a problem for you, you may not want to exchange. The setting is a mix of future and past (no petroleum products, no internal combustion engine, but development of advanced tech like solar energy and holographs), and the language is modern.
The first book is 95k words, and the second is 108k. The first is ready to go, but the second still needs to be self-edited before it's ready. If any of you ladies are in a similar trilogy boat, and need a critique partner, please get back to me.
