Missed introductions

Hello everyone glad to be here. I realized after making one post that I completely forgot to actually introduce myself so here we go.

I go by Yarrow in online circles. I'm a hobby writer who enjoys fantasy, sci-fi, and horror stories. I also dip a little into fan fiction in certain cases. Aside from writing I'm a big fan of model building and am a bit of a history buff.

Short introductions. I hope to get to know you all.

Hallow Yarrow! (Sorry the joke was too good not to include...) Pleased to have you here and I hope you enjoy your time. Also if possible, I would love to see some of your models :D

Hello! Hope it's ok to post these in here. I don't have a ton of pictures on hand but I do have these that I've been working on lately. Just miniatures and some tank models and little book nook dioramas.

Posting pics directly to the site does not work well.

It best to have them posted somewhere else and link to them.

Yo, these are SO COOL! Also forgive me if I'm mistaken, but, are these from Warhammer?
Yeah these are all Warhammer guys. Adeptus Mechanicus specifically. I've got a few tank and boat models as well but those are not with me at the moment so these are just what I could snap a pic of in the moment.

Ah, little figures. Last time I tried to paint a figure, I realized my eyes had gotten so poor I could not see the up-close details anymore, so...I think my painting days are forever behind me.

I had a figure from Heroforge, and I have to admit, I was greatly impressed. They had someone 3d printed the figured with details where I could not even get the tiniest paint brush.

They're a lot of fun but yeah, the eye strain makes me have to put down the brush after a while. Still, fun lil hobby to keep your hands busy when writing isn't coming to you.
