OverClocked ReMix?

Hello everyone,

Just discovered this site: ocremix.org

It is a music site where the artists remix video game music and provide it for free to download. Super cool.

Full disclosure: I actually discovered it in Loose Threads, the blog of a Mythic Scribe'r (although I've only ever seen him on the site once...but it was a very productive once).

I love OverClocked Remixes. It's amazing how on earth they can come up with new and exciting ideas for what are already great tracks. Of course, you can't beat the orignial pieces, but it's nice to have variations of what you love.

I have loads of the OC remixes saved on my computer. If I had but an ounce of musical talent in me, I would very much like to do one. Perhaps someday.....

I recommend it for any inspiration you might need. The Final Fantasy and Castlevania ones are my favorites, gives me some good stimulation while I'm stumping for ideas.

I spent hours downloading all their torrent files and have barely scratched the surface of the HOURS upon HOURS of music. It's great.
