The Tragedy in Orlando

Scribe Lord

I just thought I would make a mention here about the shootings that happened in Orlando that left fifty people dead and even more wounded. Several of my friends were near the place when it happened, but were fortunately unharmed. I find it increasingly tragic and sad that such events continue to occur all over the world. It's a damn shame. My heart goes out to those families and friends of the victims. I can't imagine the pain they must be going through.

It's a tragedy enacted by one, depraved individual.

I prefer to focus on the heroes of the night, those that saved lives, & the 600+ people lined up in Orlando to donate blood.

Where one can destroy, so many rush to rebuild or prevent further destruction.

I am a permanent decline for blood donations. Which is tough, seeing my father give blood when they called him, when I was growing up. (rare type). Mine is not rare though.
