Unit of Measurement for Magic

I just started formulating the basis for a new world and I'm trying to figure out what to call a unit of magic.

For context, a character might say: "Hey, this crystal only has 1 [Unit] of magic!"

I was thinking about volt or amp or something like that.

You could use anything you desire, really. A made up name or unit.

Some random suggestions (because much depends on how magic works and/or is stored).

Lights...as in that spell will cost ten lights of energy, or his wand has ten lights capacity.

Same with beats or pulses or whatever.
