Where should I put my novels?

I've used DeviantART at first but the formatting there is ugly to say the least (also terrible community). Now I'm storing my work on Writers' Cafe but the site is littered with bots and I'm afraid one day they'll start raiding the reviews of other works instead of uploading their spam as submission. So I need an escape route. Exposure is not priority, I'm just looking for something with a solid formatting tool and cover art feature... that's not Wattpad. Brrr.

If you just want it to be online for everyone to read, why not simply upload it to google drive and then link it?
