Hey folks,
There’s an interesting opportunity upcoming, it starts November 30. SFWA and Wolrdbuilders—Patrick Rothfuss Charity—will be holding a silent auction that also includes a drawing for those who donate, to raise money for Heifer International. From the sounds of it, a whole lot of writers, agents, and other industry folks from the SFWA will be offering up critiques and whatnot for the auction and drawing. I’ve volunteered through the SFWA to do one of the critiques, so that should be a lot of fun!
Anyhow, this could be a good opportunity to donate to a good cause and maybe get something back in the form of critiques on your work!
I’ll post more information here as I see what’s actually going down, and have an actual link to the silent auction! But hey, you can check out these two worthy entities in the meantime.
