Afternoon to you all,

I am an ex-primary school teacher based in York in England,

After 16 years of teaching others to write, I have decided to put my passion where my mouth is, and actually (learn to) write myself. I have a mind full of ideas and nowhere to put them - until now. I am sure that I will be on here asking questions and badgering the rest of you like a confused 10 year old - it will be someone else's turn to try and impart subtleties into a brain too full of other stuff to cope.

Heavily influenced since birth by my father's collection of science fiction and fantasy, there appears to be no better place to be than here amoungst budding Tolkeins, Feists, Sandersons and Abercrombies. Thank you in advance for any help supplied.
