Fight Scenes

Hey everyone, I'm writing a fantasy novel and while I think everything else is pretty solid right I'm not too sure about my fight scenes.

Has anybody got any tips on how to make fight scenes (particularly sword fights but also with some magic) fast and exciting, and even seeming a bit hopeless for the protagonist due his enemy being far superior with a blade?

Thanks I think these have helped, I'll try rewriting the scene now to see how I go
