Does anyone have experience with the Amazon marketing services? I have very recently gone live with my first book so I don't have any word of mouth or return readers. If I were to use Amazon's marketing services which services have you guys and gals had the most luck with?

I would feel cheated at 2.99 for 25k. Like it was said by others that would take me less time to read than watch a movie. However if the story and writing was outstanding, I would forgive you.

I am a new writer and I have found my voice changes slightly with different character points of veiw. I try to become the character who's point of veiw I'm writing so the narrative, not just dialogue, changes slightly. Is a change in voice within the same book a bad thing?

I have found naming, people and places, the most difficult thing to do while writing. Partly because unpronounceable names are a pet peave of mine. Having an inadvertent pause in your reading, everytime a poorly conceived name comes by, is irritating .
