Not every book can be balanced with perfect ethnic, gender, sexual choice, age or any other group that may be left out.
IF the story is about a specific group, it some cases it may be best not to have diversity.

So, it is safe for me to at least use "nave" just to describe position. I just wanna avoid the word "room" or "hall" and try to get more technical terms.
So, I have started to write a novella. To be honest, I have never read one and only have a rough idea what one "should" be.
I am under the assumption that they are someplace around 30k words and... that's about all I know.
