There's a game called Age of Wonders 3 which includes a map editor. I use that to make the terrain and put the cities and roads down. After that I screenshot it and add text in an image editor.

My culture doesn't have the romanticised view of swords. They like hammers and bows, and see swords as a sidearm at best.

Do they believe that Creation created hell and by extension Ruination? If not, how do they explain Hell and Ruination.

It's probably somewhere beteen one and three percent depending on the war, however, the country used to be a theocracy, and they still have an "every war is a holy war" mindset. It makes it hard to stop peasents from joining.

I don't haven any languages worked out on the grounds of most of the counties having their own, and that'd be a little too much work. The names of the first are fabricated entirely, while the continent names come from persian.
