If it could be worse, then this isn't the worst-case-scenario. Everyone from atheists to unitarians believes their belief is fact, so it doesn't really matter whether they state it or not. However, I am inclined to agree after looking back at posts from believers and non-believers alike. I'd...

    What does this sound like?

It sounds and looks like Kramer, which is a variation of Cramer, so this might be interesting: Cramer - Meaning of the boy name Cramer at Baby Names Pedia

    Other words for helmet?

    Very catchy.

    Other words for helmet?

I assumed that was the intention anyway.

    What does this sound like?

It sounds like stylised version of kelpie, a water horse from Celtic mythology.

    Pen Names???

@: Androxine Vortex: that's not just a good thing, that's a very good thing. A catchy name might help you remember an author when you're next in a book store.

Opinion on some other cover art

That's what I was getting at, but perhaps the story title text should be a little smaller as well. It'd definitely balance the artwork out a bit.

Cover Art. Your thoughts on this?

You should probably work with the correct proportions from scratch because it will help you visualise the end result better. Also, it's very blurry, so you could probably do with using higher resolution images.

Telcontar: You have larger gaps between the text and the vertical edges of the cover than you do between the text and the horizontal edges. It'd look a lot more professional if the space was equal all round. I also think the text would look better a little darker.

    Other words for helmet?

Category:Medieval helmets - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia This might be useful, depending on the setting of your story. Armet, hounskull, barbute, and cervelliere are different types of medieval era helmets (and there's more to look at).

The point still remains that many, many, many people will have no opportunity to practice the Christian faith, and are essentially condemned to hell for because of it. Would a benevolent God really condemn even one soul to hell? Also, I've heard that the claim that the Bible is the best-selling...

    Planning

I'm a fan of outlining, but I'm not experienced enough to advice others. There is still the option for spontaneity with outlining, because nothing has to be set in stone.

Ultra-gore -- how much is too much?

My only rule would be to do what you want, unless it's just for the sake of it. It's all well and good trying to explore a concept, but is it at the cost of writing a good story?

Opinion on some other cover art

You should mess around with layer styles (not sure what they're called in GIMP) to try and get elements to blend in well. Do you mind me asking what your story is about, other than a haunted spaceship? It might help us make suggestions.
