    I mean, that’s straightforward enough. Honestly it should be a minor aspect to the character.

    I think it's nice to keep in mind, particularly if your story incorporates real life folk lore or mythology, as certain names could give readers the wrong idea, unless you make it plainly apparent that there is no connection.

    Communication and Languages in Fantasy

    In my story, "Hunters" are able to communicate with animals, thus allowing for interracial/cultural conversation to happen naturally as a result of using "Chimera Tongue"

    Do you say "race" or "species" or something else?

    For all the different Humans in my story, I use "Classes" but for the actual Fantasy Species, I use "Race".

    There are 24 different nations for twenty four different races in my story.
