De-Digitalization. Do you make an effort to stay offline?

No TV. No video games. Some internet, but little social media. I only look at the news bulletins (and there is a lot of news here), and try to avoid the endless "expert" analysis of whatever.

Also, no internet at all on Saturdays, our Sabbath.

Admittedly I spend a whole lot of time online. Good chunk of my hobbies and interests exist in its domain and my closest friends are presently only able to be reached through it. I don't really take measures to monitor or limit my time online, though I do notice a pretty big dip in it whenever spring and summer roll around for gardening season lol
