Another poster got me thinking about online publications (magazines, webpages, blogs etc). I really would like more practice writing short stories, and eventually get to the point of having a short published before I really dive into my novel. Can anyone provide a list of online publications that take story submissions? I don't even know where to start! They don't have to pay, I just want to see if I can eventually get some work out there… eventually being the operative term.
