I am a student at Oregon State University studying Digital Communication Arts. I am a musician and song writer as well as an aspiring fantasy writer.

My first experiences with fantasy were Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and they were the two series (lotr especially) that got me interested in the realms of world building and imaginative writing.

As I grew up, I began reading more and more fantasy and now it is the only genre I read. The biggest influences on my writing are Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time, George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire, H.P. Lovecraft's many short stories, Frank Herbert's Dune, and of course, J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of The Rings.

The series I am working is tentatively called, Orkasen: The Journey of Unknown Powers. Look for my posts in the forums to find out more and feel free to email me with feedback or questions if you feel like it.
