    Why Use a Pen Name?

I like this logic, eye level seems like a great place to be. As much as I love searching for books I hate kneeling and crawling on the floor.

    blog Worldbuilding on the Crossroads

Very helpful! I wish there was a picture example for the Map that didn't involve the color aspect but still extremely helpful I find myself having answers for a lot of required questions but at a loss on how to implement and organize them.

Is Fantasy really doomed to die?

I agree, I do not think fantasy is dying. Some are simply putting too restrictive parameters around what they consider fantasy. It's become so broad they would have to actually look for what they wanted. As always something's are going to be more popular than others Twilight spot lighted...

Is any one interested in doing a "book club"?

I would love this, though ilI admit I'm not good at dedicated reading (mostly due to my small child). Being able to discuss and learn from others reading the same thing would provide a lot of insight that I would otherwise miss. Books play like movies for when thoroughly interested and I'm not...

What genres do you read most?

Fantasy Romance Thriller With hint of sy-fi here and there. I haven't been able to do too much reading over the past two years sadly.

What is the most gripping novel you've ever read? Fantasy or otherwise?

J.R. Ward's Blackdagger Brotherhood series. Although based in a world much like our own it was fabulous. Until her books I had never even entertained the thought of re-reading a book. I love how she has multiple series that she allows to overlap in subtle ways.

    Your Favorite Fantasy World

Game of Thrones world ( I haven't yet had the pleasure of reading it but am heading that way having just finished season 7). The inkworld in Cornillia Funkes Ink series, it's a middle school aged book but has always stuck with me. I particularly love it in the second book where it's more...

Old stories that won't leave you alone.

I completely feel your pain. I am on my... Maybe eighth revisement And re-write of a story/idea and finally came to the conclusion it needs entirely reworked. That is harder done than said, as you pointed out there are scenes we love and characters we don't want to change. I've started...

    Reading to Children

Inkspell, Inkheart, and Inkdeath are good fantasy books that would be age appropriate. The author is Cornillia Funke (I may have misspelled her first name). They were some if my favorites when I was younger, particularly the second one Inkspell.

What are your pet peeves as a reader?

Too much use if the same word. I'm not talking just words like said, very, whisphered and such. It gets redundant when the same descriptors keep popping up in one piece of work. It starts to ruin the images and pull me out of the story.

    Book Suggestions?

Have you been on Wattpad? There is a book on there that has, what seems to me, a similar outline minus the magic aspects. The book is The Last She, unfortunately I do not remember the authors name but you can search the title. It has a dystopian theme is quite well written.
