Final Fantasy IV though X (Nobou Umatsu can do no wrong), World of Warcraft, SWtoR is okay, Legend of Dragoon Opening is a favorite, I like a few tracks off of Secret of Mana And I'm gonna throw out some Anime - Cowboy Bebop soundtrack...Its kinda like a film right? :)

Its your world, do what you want. If we always refer to something in the exact same context it becomes stagnant and boring! I like the name.

Going a different route, if they are symbolic with the butterfly, go for something that is its predator like a mantis. Alternatively, choose a lovely name for a black winged (dark) butterfly like Sapho, Battus, Antiquus, Dryadula or Phaetusa.

Bauldurs Gate 2 was my favorite thing in the universe for months...probably didn't help that I also have a drow obsession...ahh the days of squealing like a kid in a candy store everytime I hit the underdark...I miss that.
