Hey, I'm HIMDogson, just joined up today. I've been thinking of stories in my head for as long as I remember, and fantasy has been my favorite genre basically since I read ASOIAF. Currently I'm about 15,000 words into a story set in a fantasy version of WWII where elves are analogous to the Nazis. Really looking forwards to spring it here and getting feedback!

Elves as Nazis? I've never trusted the pointy-eared b4$&4%#s!
And it makes a change from Zombies or Orcs...
This is a great place to learn and share; as well as joke around and generally, give you an opportunity to procrastinate.

Welcome to the site
I know of someone who has a bit similar concept, so you could easily exchange some ideas to help with each others stories
Don't remember the name though, but Orc Knight, Ban or Devor, who all often nest in the chat (Same as me), likely knows who I'm talking about.

Just check in the chat now and then, look on the chat button in the top of the page (That shows a red box on it with a number, showing how many are active in it), or just look farthest down on the screen, that shows the latest message there.
