I'd like to introduce my book project Fargoer to the community. I started the project in 2009, so it's already been over 3 years... time flies
The genre is Historical Fantasy, with strong influence from Kalevala (the Finnish national epic) as well as Robert E. Howard. The books tell the story of Vierra, a young woman of the Kainu tribe, and is an epic journey through the time that's considered fantasy but has actually a very strong factual and historical background. Fargoer is originally written in Finnish, with eight short stories / novelettes currently finished, and four of them published in English. There will be a Print-on-Demand available after the first eight novelettes have been finished in English.
We are currently exploring the option of offering the book as a subscription to our readers. As such, we'd like to hear your thoughts on both the book and if possible, the subscription feature as well. It is still in an early stage, but we feel like it could be an extremely good choice for short stories such as Fargoer.
