More to the point, I'm just some guy, an aspiring writer. Here's hoping this is the instance I don't say to myself "Ah, forget it" (in kinder words), and back out of any sort of engaging with the community. As well, hopefully I can improve my own craft, even help others with theirs, and actually make something to which I can say "This ain't so bad!" (in kinder words).
