Oversea Graphic Designers?

Does anyone here have experience in working with non-domestic graphic designers? My main curiosity is the cost, and-if it's cheaper- how easy was it to communicate back and forth with the company, designer, etc.

Any advice and/or referral would be greatly appreciated.

Anything is easy just know who you are dealing with, ask for samples and check with the local chamber to see if the business registered ask for some referrals.
Just do your homework, and understand the contract and terms, including when and how you pay and hold back payments until you are satisfied
check copywrite issues

cost is relative loosing everything as apposed to being able to break the guys knees down the road
have a budget and work in it
we have a saying'goedkoop is duurkoeop' it means buying cheap is the most expensive purchase you will make
