What engine are you looking to build the game in? you can try making a post on the Unity official forum if you are serious about finding someone.

That's like asking "Does anyone know of someone who can make food with ingredients?" There are a ton of different styles of games, sizes of games, complexity of games...a game like Doki Doki Literature club can (mostly) be made by 1 person because they know how to program/make music and they used game engine for that specific type of game (visual novel).

Programming is highly skilled labor, and it takes a long time to make a game because of all the testing that's involved, so I hope you have hundreds if not thousands of dollars lying around to pay someone.

If you have enough time on your hands, you could probably learn to do it yourself. I personally recommend Unity as the game engine, myself. It has really good documentation and has lots of support, and if what you're making is a game that's programmed in a way that's similar to what a lot of Unity users have done in the past, ChatGPT might will very useful. All AI tools will make mistakes in code, which is why a game engine with good documentation is essential, and AI's struggle a lot more with the kinds of code that people rarely use.

As far as visuals go, you have Kenney assets, and itch.io, which often has tons of free assets, but just make sure that it's still free if you monetize your game. Unity also has an asset store with graphics, so you often don't have to make your own graphics. The Unity asset store also has APIs for sale and for free that can help streamline the game dev process. Freesound is also full of free music clips and sound effects.
Whether you do it yourself, or get someone else to do it, it will take a long time anyway, and it's not likely you'll get someone to make you a game for free, so you might as well just acquire tools that can help you accomplish your task faster: popular game engine, studying the documentation, free or cheap assets, and AI tools to help whenever you feel stuck or like you don't really know what you're doing at some point.
