Time stamp incorrect

I just noticed that the time stamp on my latest post is "today at 6:28 pm." It's morning in my time zone. My preference is set for my time zone (Pacific), and I haven't changed it. I just checked to see if it had been changed on me, and it hadn't.

So, the time is showing incorrectly.

I'm Mountain Standard. Posting this to see what is the time stamp. Observed time is 11:47am.

And the time stamps is the same, at least for me.

Yes, mine is right now, too. But it wasn't earlier.
