descriptor question

What are all the different descriptors of members, like minstrel, archmage, myth weaver, etc, and how is a member's descriptor / rank allocated - is it based on number of posts / likes or some other criteria?
Just curious as mine has been changing a fair bit since I started here.

1- Acolyte - 5 Posts
2- Dreamer - 10 Posts
3- Scribe - 25 Posts
4- Minstrel - 50 Posts
5- Troubadour - 100 Posts
6- Sage - 200 Posts
7- Inkling - 400 Posts
8- Maester - 600 posts
9- Archmage - 800 posts
10- Auror - 1000 posts
11- Istar - 2000 posts
12- Vala - 3000 posts
13- Myth Weaver 4000 posts

I am not sure if that is all the titles used, but 13 is the number.
