What video game lets the player ride a dragon/wyvern?

Specifically I want to play as a character who rides a two-legged dragon (aka wyvern).
I would like that such dragon can breathe fire on player's command (or the beast does this on its own).

Perequisites:
- A game that is not tainted by the influence of Dungeons and Dragons.
- The dragon is two-legged rather than four-legged.
- No MMORPGs!
- A single player RPG.
- No anime-looking games.
- Something that is not Elder Scrolls.
- The game's graphics are focused on looking realistic rather than cartoony graphics like in
anime-influenced games or World of Warcraft.
- I prefer that it doesn't have elves, dwarves, orcs, or other stuff copied from Middle-Earth.
