What's a good program for creating flowcharts?

This is actually for a game design project. There's a complicated web of dependencies involved, and I'd like to keep track of them outside the program itself--event A5 requires event F7, event F8 requires event B2, etc. It seems like the best way to do this would be flowcharts, but I don't want to draw them by hand, because I'll have to erase a lot if I want to move events around. Does anyone here use a flowchart program they'd recommend?
