A friend recommended this site to me for help with writer's block.

I'm Destrecea, and one of my dreams is to know that someone has read something I write, but first I suppose I need to finish writing something.

I have two bits of initial advice for you:

First, don't start a story without having solid ideas about the beginning, middle, and end. Otherwise, many writers become lost. Outlines help.

Second, write at least a little every day, even if you don't feel like it, even if you think it is terrible. Ignore those feelings and push on. Often, the words will come on their own. Make writing a daily habit.
