I am indeed interested on trying some Halo, since I like Destiny and they are similar I think. Which Halo do you think I should try first?

So I can say that I completed the Dark Souls trilogy, and I wanted to play them in the right order. It would feel wrong to just leave DS2 aside and play the final game instead, yet I will very probably do exactly that.

You can get the master chief collection which I believe has the first 3 games in a lightly remastered way.
For the others I have not seen much of those but all them are very good (minus the infamous ending for one of them)

I'm in a similar situation to Dark Souls. I really wanted to play and finish DS2 but at the end of the day the fact that you can't skip PVP invasions made me lose the will to push through in the game.

I really, really hate PVP and so I gave up on DS2 and went for DS3 instead.

Maybe I'll return to DS2 in the future but I find that unlikely. Its a shame but that's how it is.

Well...the lack of television choices has led me back to video games...

I have completed Dead Space 3, which is probably the end of the series. The woman I was hoping save Died, and then we find out she did not die, then the hero I am playing died and now he is not dead too... Seems like a pattern. The game ends with an obvious problem for all of humanity, but it seems there will not be a Dead Space 4, so....Sorry humanity

I have gone on to try and complete the Tomb Raider series. Much more puzzlely than I remember, but the discovery of how do I complete these puzzles is all the fun. Lara needs better guns. Seems like everything she shoots does not seem very affected by the bullets.

BTW, it sure was nice of the Norse and the Mayans to make their trap rooms with all the ledges and poles and things I can jump to to avoid them if needed.

After TR, I plan to go back to nothing. Maybe Red Dead 1, since my son showed me RD2.

I think the entire game feels weird, somehow broken, you know… off.

DS2 lacks almost all the magic that made the original Dark Souls, and Bloodborne before that, so special to me. I don’t feel any sense of adventure, there is no sense of accomplishment either and even the combat feels rather empty and boring.

Everyone says that Dark Souls 3 was a return to the true magic, so I am looking forward to that!

Oh and I just completed yet another deathless run in AC1 but in the Series S for the first time. I absolutely loved it! They really did an awesome job remastering the X360 version of Altair’s adventure, or whatever that they did to it.

Fantastic experience!

To be fair, classic Laura mains pistols, and like, not even heavy caliber ones. AND she's going after various Jungle Cats, Bears, and T rexes with them....
Girlie has the survival instincts of a horror movie protagonist, but she's good at her job so like Starfox she bring home the bacon.
I think it's more impressive that she DOES manage to fell most of the critters that she fells with like, a regular medium ish caliber pistol.
Anyone without main protagonist plot armor would be dead/eaten/mauled.
