Worldsmyths- a haven for fantasy writers

Yeah, it's not something that's super obvious unless you reaaally look. Even I didn't know it was there until I happened to notice when I was trying to figure out an option for you to be able to view the site. I'm glad it's a better option for you, though! :) Let me know if you have any...

Worldsmyths- a haven for fantasy writers

Okay, so I did some digging - assuming it's just the overall text color/background of the site that's giving you an issue, if you scroll waaaaay down to the bottom, on the left hand side, there's an option for changing it to a different theme, with a white background. I've attached some...

Worldsmyths- a haven for fantasy writers

Hm. Would you mind maybe sending me a PM and elaborating further (i.e. sending me screenshots) on what, specifically you're talking about that's hurting your eyes? There might be something that we can do to make that better, but I need more details to know exactly what it is that's hurting your...

Star Wars - Solo *With Spoilers*

See, I went into The Last Jedi with high expectations and ended up being disappointed. I went into Solo with low expectations and ended up enjoying it...and I've actually said multiple times now that it was better than The Last Jedi. I was a little iffy at first...the beginning of the movie...

    Writing Resource Google Doc

I was recently inspired to create a massive Google doc of writing resources for my writing forum (but also just for people in general to use), and figured I would share the link here. A lot of them are geared toward the fantasy genre, but there's a lot of general writing links as well. Over...

    What are you Reading Now?

I'm reading Kelly Blanchard's Someday I'll Be Redeemed. It's addicting! It's mostly fantasy but I guess it's kind of science fantasy, too, 'cause of some of the world building involved. Kelly Blanchard is a successful NaNoWriMo self-published author, and she's genuinely awesome- she has her own...

    NanoWrimo is coming ...

There are lots of people that "rebel" for NaNo and keep writing something they're already writing and only count the words they wrote during November. I attempted to do that last year (until school got in the way), which I normally don't do. There are also people who use it for editing instead...
