I might have to cheat and put several books under one author. In no particular order:
Earthsea series, The Left Hand of Darkness, The Telling, Western Shore trilogy [Ursula Le Guin]
Dogsbody, Fire and Hemlock, The Dark Lord of Derkholm, House of Many Ways, Deep Secret, The Merlin Conspiracy...

I lurk on various subreddits [mostly involving games, books, and topics that interest me, such as space or paleontology], but I'll never make an account.
I never watched Enterprise. I did check out a couple episodes before all of Star Trek left Netflix, and I could tell right away that it didn't appeal to me at all. Cap. Archer won the award for 'least favourite captain' pretty much instantly. Part of the problem is, of course, prequel-itis. But...
I've never played Cards Against Humanity. What's it like? I only know two card games--Go Fish, High Card Wins [not sure what the actual name is], and Solitaire. My favourite board games are Labyrinth, Tsuro, Senet, and Mancala.
If you ever do have the time [no pun intended] for Doctor Who, I'd suggest starting with the revived series, which started with Christopher Eccelston as the 9th Doctor. 10 seasons of 12-14 episodes is far easier than the classic series' 26 seasons of multi-part episodes.
A Piece of the Action is fun. I love made-up games with nonsense rules.
The Offspring is great, but it makes me too sad, so I've only re-watched it a couple times. Likewise, I've only seen Chain of Command once, and I never want to watch it again.
Meema Tada! Made a thread so we can chat as much as we like.
Have you read any of the Star Trek books? I've only read one, Revenant [by Alex White]. It's Jadzia-centred, and goes into so much detail about the Trill culture [my favourite species, too]. I liked it a lot.
Here's my favourite...
