Hello fellow writers,

I’m new here, so please forgive me if I stumble through this a bit. I’m a disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy, and after years of carrying an idea in my mind, I’ve finally begun writing the fantasy story that’s lived in me since I was young.

This project means a lot not just as a creative outlet, but as something that’s helped me reconnect with imagination, discipline, and hope. I wanted to share the concept of my novel to see how it resonates with other fantasy lovers and writers. I’m still learning the craft, but I’m passionate about building a world that feels rich, emotional, and full of heart.

Any thoughts, critiques, or encouragement are welcome I’m just excited (and honestly a little nervous) to finally put my story out there.

Synopsis:

In a world once united by light, the Obsidian Heart an ancient force of creation and corruption awakens to plunge the realms into chaos.
