Very interesting, sounds like you've obviously put quite a bit of thought into the concept.
I'm interested to see how the story plays out, hopefully you'll post some here for us to enjoy!

Elara, a twelve-year-old girl with extraordinary elemental powers,
*gasp!* We're twinsies! Though my protagonist is 14/15.

he girl's formidable abilities to control more than two elements which is extremely rare.
Stooooopppp!!! We're twinsieessss! Though my protag controls water/ice, earth, lightning, *a spoiler*, and lava. Originally I had her also able to control wind, but never had her use it so now she doesn't get it at all, hmph!

Elementerthalassium.
I both love and hate this word. XD

Elara is forced to confront not only her own fears about her abilities,
đź‘€

will she embrace her destiny as the prophesied elemental master, or will she risk everything to save her parents and protect the delicate balance of the realms?

Thank you

Oh, it is giving avatar vibes :ROFLMAO: I got told by someone in my school, it reminds her of Frozen 2.

Frozen 2 also gave Avatar vibes. XD I was so excited when it came out because I thought, "this is perfect! If people like this movie a lot, then the atmosphere will be ripe for my book series!" but here I am, still editing and revising~ Ahaaaa

I'd say yours is more Avatar meets the mystery genre? Idk, my family and I just rewatched Spykids 2 for the first time since we were kids and the idea of the celestial pendant Mcguffin reminds me of the "Transmooker" they used there (Don't judge me. We remembered the movie fondly, but upon watching it as adults...oh boy. XD) Perhaps the Monkey's Paw is a better comparison, though I don't think I remember enough about that to really say so.

Which, happy for you, cross genres are speculated to continue to be the big thing (Romantasy is finally dying out as a trend, but it looks like horror/mystery mixed with fantasy is rising, so depending on when you publish, you may get a lot of hype)!

While I was not after a Frozen market, I will say I do feel I missed my window because I was too slow at writing. I think I may be able to catch another one, but not the one I wanted. What can you do? Maybe I will set a trend.

I don't remember Avatar much to be honest. And I don't even think I've seen the other ones you mentioned.

Avatar needs more scrutiny, I think.

Samurai Jack is way better :)
Both are good at what they set out to do (Except for Korra with all the rebooting and random nonsense)
No reason they can't coexist
Only thing that might throw off new Samurai Jack watchers is the long bouts of silence between scenes. And maybe the way Aku's mouth moves (I always cackled about that) racially/culturally sensitive types might be a touch offended at a certain character (You know the one)
