Do you play any 'Cozy' games?

Stardew Valley

Animal Crossing

Things of that nature.

Every now and then the 'voices' demand stardew valley.
I dabble in Animal crossing but I'm not very creative lol
There's a new one in the form of Pokemon Pokopia that I'm really enjoying. It's sort of a version of animal crossing + Minecraft but Pokemon themed. I've yet to get into any real 'builds' though because I need more recipes for blocks.

I've played Stardew many times [the beach farm is my favourite], along with Roots of Pacha and Rune Factory 3 and 4.
I'd love to play Pokopia, but the chance of a Switch 1 release is exceedingly low.
If you do pick up a switch 2, Pokopia is quite good.
Though a bit grindy if you like making 'big' builds. It's a bit like DQ Builders and Animal Crossing except there's no baddies to fight.
Story is very light but I enjoyed it. The pokemon's personalities so far have had me wheezing at points. (I haven't met them all yet.)

The cost of the Switch 2 is just too much to justify buying it for one game [or two, given that Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave is coming out later this year]. Maybe in a few years, there'll be more games that I want that are Switch 2 exclusive. At the very least, it's fun to see other people enjoying it, and looking at pictures of their creations [like that Japanese player who made a gigantic mid-air Arceus statue].

lol it's always the Japanese players that do the crazy builds though at least Mine Craft has some English speaking folks doing insane stuff (look up good times with scar and Tango Tech if you haven't) my skills are peanuts by comparison but, I do try.

Subnautica is pretty cozy.

Last one I played in that category was probably Harvest Moon way back when. I played it cause my daughter liked it.

A game I really liked because of its warmth, was Ico. Not sure if it was cozy, but it did make you care for another.

Oh yeah, and Dead Space. Dead Space was super cozy. 👿

I feel like any game where you could sit down and grind resources for hours (if you enjoy that kind of thing) is cozy, if said gathering is actually engaging.
