New to writing. Been working on a project for about a year now. It's about a vigilante that uses non-consensual medical procedures partially dictated by folklore. Eugenic sciences is the term. It serves to desecrate the worth of those who have wronged them. There's crime so its like a mystery thriller, and a bit of a romance element between cop and criminal. I think different point of views would be healthy, and I want to make it as good as possible.

Be careful with eugenics, that is an existing 'science' (well... it works in parts) that is not even forbidden everywhere and still quite current, certainly not folklore. I belong to at least two groups where 'forced sterilization' is still accepted in a lot of countries. (not sure if it is still enforced). The requirement for consent is sometimes done by a caretaker, a parent or guardian or they guide/force the 'patient' to sign off. It sounds very victorian...
Some views you might find interesting:
Japan officially ended forced sterilizations 1996. Government forced sterilization for everyone they prefered not to breed (criminals, disabled and mental patients). Might fit your 'they did someone wrong'.
Maria Jesus fought to even remove the 'with consent' version in Spain very recent (2020), her story might be a worthy research. Spain already changed to consentual sterilization but the consent was (and is in other places) often forced or even enough if the parent or guardian gave consent.
Rosemary Kennedy might also be a good case study of a non-consensual medical practise and sort of eugenics. They did know the risks and she was perfectly capable of giving consent. She was just... difficult. And not even much, certainly not compared to the male scum that family keeps producing (hey look... pro eugenics as well)
I'm not saying you shouldn't write it (on the contrary), laws with 'good intentions' but suffering exceptions or unexpected side effects can create good stories.

For inspiration for your vigilante, you might check Dr Walter Freeman, the surgeon who performed on Rosemary and as often mostly a very good salesperson. He even gave free lobotomies as demonstrations.

Thanks for the info. The method involves elements of folklore which lead to the desecrating of sperm through partial decomposition. The eugenics angle was laid out by AI since it had to do with birthing someone produced from a dead hanged man's seed. I think Eugenics applies to my character by the fact she degrades his sperm and introduces her superior gene to build life. Even down to a molecular level, it's a statement of superiority and triumph. It's not really the most common practice of that science, but I think it can still apply.

But you do make it sound like some dark mystery, gives me the stealing corpses for medical research vibes with the hanged man. Seed from the dead also feels a bit necromancy.

Might be important to figure out why she chooses 'inferior' seed from criminals and why she can't just use the normal way. (Many reasons possible). There might be something she needs from certain criminal minds (sorry, genes).
